Today I’m going to share with you my first interview video blog. Yay, I’m so excited!
The intentions behind these videos are: inspiring and empowering you to feel and look great from the inside out and to taking you out of your comfort zone when it comes to dressing and defining your style. So thank you for being here!
Linda Chaousis is an author, mentor, speaker and educator. She can teach you how to develop thoughts, emotions and actions that enhance your wellbeing, influence and ability to attract to your life those things that always seem just beyond your grasp.
I love Linda’s approach when it comes to dressing her body and keeping a small wardrobe. She is an inspiration to those women who are extremely concerned and mentally or emotionally distressed about their body size. Linda has learnt to accept and love her body and she teaches you how to do that in her book “Beyond positive thoughts”. This is so important because without self-acceptance you will struggle to feel and look great in your clothes. Without self-acceptance you will feel trapped in a roller coaster of disappointment and frustration by comparing to others and by buying fashion items that never fulfill you.
Among some captivating topics, during this interview Linda talks about the power of de-cluttering your house, office desk, wardrobe, etc and the effect of the energy that flows when you get rid of things you don’t use or wear. I think is really hard to dress with confidence every day, feel inspired about our clothes and dress quickly and effortlessly if we can’t see what we have in our wardrobe or what we have there doesn’t fit us anymore or doesn’t flatter our body shape. The clutters you have and see in your wardrobe create a clutter in your mind. So can you image what would happen with your mental energy now?
